Company announcement
GBYMIUY has recalled approximately 10,750 magnetic stick figure toy sets due to a risk of serious injury or death from magnet ingestion.
The toys were sold online at Amazon.com from April 2026 through July 2026. No injuries have been reported.
Consumers should immediately take the stick figures away from children, stop using them, and contact GBYMIUY for a full refund. They will be asked to throw away the toys and send a photo to zhangfa0426@outlook.com.
The recall date is October 1, 2026.
Risk:
The magnetic stick figure toy sets violate the mandatory standard for toys because they can liberate loose high-powered magnets posing an ingestion hazard to children. When high-powered magnets are swallowed, the ingested magnets can attract each other or other metal objects and become lodged in the digestive system. This can result in perforations, twisting, and/or blockage of the intestines, blood poisoning and death.
Impacted states: Nationwide
