Primark is recalling DTR Stitch Scented Highlighters due to a violation of the federal phthalates ban.
The highlighters were sold in Primark stores located in the northeast and in Florida, Maryland and Illinois from May 2024 through May 2025.
No injuries have been reported.
Risk:
Phthalates are toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.
Impacted states: FL, MD, IL
