Cranach Hardware is recalling plastic tip restraint kits due to the risk of the plastic breaking or degrading over time.

This poses a tip-over and entrapment hazard, potentially leading to serious injuries or death to children or elderly consumers.

There have been 115 incidents reported where the plastic tip restraint kits broke, including six tip-over incidents, but no injuries have been reported.
