Company announcement

Albertsons, Randalls, and Tom Thumb stores in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas are recalling tuna salad products.

The recall is due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes from an ingredient supplied by Reser’s Fine Foods.

The recalled products were available for purchase between July 23, 2025, and July 29, 2025.

No injuries or adverse reactions have been reported.

Risk:

Listeria monocytogenes can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy individuals may experience short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. Listeria infection can also cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.
