The Quaker Oats Company issued a recall for Pearl Milling Company Original Pancake & Waffle Mix due to undeclared milk.
The product was distributed to retailers in eleven states: Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Utah, and Wisconsin.
The recall was initiated after a retail partner alerted the company. No allergic reactions have been reported as of January 14, 2025.
Risk:
Those with an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the recalled product.
Impacted states: AR, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, MN, MS, NE, UT, WI
