Company announcement

Ghanaianway Restaurant and Grocery LLC is recalling approximately 5,970 pounds of fresh salted lamb products.

The products were produced without the benefit of federal inspection and shipped to Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

No illnesses have been reported.

Risk:

FSIS is concerned that some product may be in consumer and restaurant refrigerators or freezers. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. Restaurants are urged not to serve them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.

Impacted states: CT, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, PA
