New Hoque & Sons Inc. is recalling Dry Ghoinnya Fish due to the product being uneviscerated.

The recalled fish were distributed nationwide in retail stores.

The product comes in 10-12 pound clear plastic packages with an expiration date of May 19, 2025.

No illnesses have been reported as of October 29, 2025.

Risk:

Uneviscerated fish have been linked to outbreaks of botulism poisoning. Symptoms of botulism include dizziness, blurred or double vision, trouble speaking or swallowing, difficulty breathing, muscle weakness, abdominal distension, and constipation.
