Galanz Americas has recalled approximately 121,680 retro refrigerators due to a fire and burn hazard.
The refrigerators' internal electrical components can short circuit and ignite.
This recall applies nationwide, as products were sold at Home Depot stores and online at Amazon.com from January 2019 to September 2022.
There have been 34 reports of fire incidents, including one fatality. Consumers should immediately unplug and stop using the refrigerators and contact Galanz for a free in-home repair.
