Gazelle USA is recalling Urban Arrow cargo electric bikes due to a fall hazard.
The recall affects approximately 1,032 units in the U.S. and an additional 134 in Canada.
The company has received nine reports of damage or wear to the saddle-seat post connection; however, no injuries have been reported.
Risk:
The front bolt in the seat post clamping mechanism can break, causing the seat to become loose, posing a fall hazard.
