The recall is due to the pull string teething toy included in the sets, which contains silicone strings that are smaller and longer than permitted, violating mandatory toy standards.

These products were sold online through Amazon.com from December 2024 through April 2026.

No incidents or injuries have been reported in connection with this recall.

The recall date is July 23, 2026.
