Acer America Corporation is recalling two-wheeled folding electric scooters due to a loose screw that can cause the front tube to fold unexpectedly.
This poses a risk of injury from a fall hazard.
About 510 units in the United States are affected, along with 311 in Canada and 150 in Mexico.
There has been one report of a fall and minor abrasions internationally, but no incidents reported in the United States.
The recall date is April 30, 2026.
Risk:
A loose screw can cause the front tube to fold down unexpectedly, posing a risk of injury from a fall hazard.
