The display unit of the baby monitor can overheat and/or spark when charging.
Consumers should immediately stop using the display unit and contact Hisense for a free replacement.
The product was sold online at Amazon, Walmart, and Babylist from January 2023 through December 2025.
No injuries have been reported.
