Company announcement

This recall involves iStore Magnetic Wireless Power Banks (model IST-09991/W05) due to the risk of the lithium-ion battery overheating and igniting.

There have been three reports of the power banks overheating and exploding while charging, including one minor burn injury to the arm and $15,000 in property damage.

The product was sold from February 2023 through May 2025.
