ZB Importing LLC is recalling multiple varieties of Ulker Brand snack rolls, biscuits, and wafers because the labels do not declare the presence of wheat, egg, and/or milk.

The products were distributed through retail stores in Ontario, Canada, and in the following US states: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Colorado, District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin and West Virginia.

The mislabeling was discovered following receipt of a single consumer complaint involving an allergic reaction. No deaths or injuries were reported.

Risk:

People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to wheat, egg, or milk run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
