Springville Meat & Cold Storage Co., Inc. is recalling approximately 15,388 pounds of beef jerky and snack stick products due to misbranding and undeclared fish (anchovies) allergen.
The products were produced from May 30, 2023, to May 30, 2025, and shipped to retail locations nationwide.
There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.
Risk:
The product contains fish (anchovies), a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label.
