Centric Compounding is voluntarily recalling 6 lots of Glutathione 200mg/mL, Myer’s Cocktail, and Tri-Immune Boost injectable vials.
The recall, announced on September 9, 2026, is due to the products being compounded with a Glutathione API containing elevated endotoxin levels.
These products were distributed nationwide. The company is located in Houston, Texas.
The company has received 9 reports of adverse events including fever, chills, chest pain, nausea/vomiting, headache, and/or malaise. No deaths have been reported.
Risk:
There is reasonable probability that injectable products with elevated endotoxin levels could cause significant medical events including fevers, hypotension, inflammatory reactions, anaphylactic shock and death.
