A public health alert is issued for ready-to-eat white chicken chili imported from Canada due to not receiving import reinspection.
The product was shipped to select Costco stores in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.
The product is no longer available for purchase; no adverse reactions have been reported.
Risk:
FSIS is concerned that some product may be in consumers’ pantries. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
