This recall affects Boon NURSH 8 oz Reusable Baby Bottles due to a choking hazard. The hard plastic outer shell can bubble or peel off, creating loose plastic pieces that pose a risk to young children.
The products were sold nationwide at Walmart stores and Walmart.com from November 2025 through May 2026. TOMY has received 135 reports of bubbling or peeling of the outer plastic shell, but no injuries have been reported.
Risk:
The hard plastic outer shell can bubble or partially peel off, resulting in loose pieces of film-like plastic that pose a choking hazard to young children.
