Branch Recalls Ergonomic Chairs Due to Fall Hazard

Branch has recalled approximately 16,000 ergonomic chairs in the U.S. and an additional 180 in Canada due to a fall hazard.
The backrests of the chairs can detach because of incorrect installation during manufacturing, posing a fall risk to users.
The recalled chairs were manufactured between September 10, 2025, and April 22, 2026, and sold online from December 2025 through July 2026.
Branch Furniture has received 11 reports of backrests detaching, but no injuries have been reported.
Consumers should immediately stop using the chairs and contact Branch for a free repair kit.
