Diamond Wipes International is recalling CVS Health Medicated Hemorrhoidal Wipes sold nationwide.
The wipes contain lidocaine and were sold without child-resistant packaging, posing a serious child poisoning risk.
The products were sold from April 2020 through April 2026.
No incidents or injuries have been reported.
Risk:
The product contains lidocaine, which is required to be in child-resistant packaging by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. The non-child-resistant packaging poses a risk of serious injury or death from poisoning if the contents are ingested by young children.
