Company announcement

Agrish Direct has reannounced and expanded the recall of its adult portable bed rails, models 12014, AG-12011, and 12016.

These bed rails were sold nationwide online through Amazon.com from April 1, 2025 through May 1, 2026.

The company has received one report of a consumer fall involving model AG-12011. No deaths have been reported in connection with this recall.

The recall was reannounced on October 1, 2026.

Risk:

The recalled bed rails violate mandatory safety standards, as users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the mattress, posing a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation. Additionally, the bed rails lack structural stability and proper retention straps, creating a fall hazard. Incorrectly sized push pins and holes also pose a laceration risk.
