Company announcement

This recall involves Kogalla-branded power banks, models BP125, BatPak 2F and BatPak 3F, due to fire and burn hazards.

The recalled rechargeable USB power banks have 6,700mAh, 13,400mAh or 20,100mAh lithium-ion batteries.

The power banks were sold on Kogalla.com from June 2024 to January 2025.

One minor burn injury and property damage totaling about $3,300 have been reported.

Risk:

The recalled power banks’ lithium-ion batteries can overheat and ignite, even when not in use, posing fire and burn hazards.

Impacted states: Nationwide
