Beaver Street Fisheries, LLC is voluntarily recalling a limited quantity of Great Value Frozen Raw Shrimp due to potential contamination with Cesium-137.

The product was distributed to Walmart retail stores in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, and West Virginia from July 28, 2025, to August 7, 2025.

No illnesses have been reported to date.

Risk:

The primary health effect of concern following longer term, repeated low dose exposure (e.g., through consumption of contaminated food or water over time) is an elevated risk of cancer, resulting from damage to DNA within living cells of the body.

Impacted states: AL, AR, FL, GA, KY, LA, MO, MS, OH, OK, PA, TX, WV
