Company announcement

On October 1, 2026, WinCo Foods of Boise, Idaho, initiated a recall of its Salsa Bean Dip Trays.

The recall is due to the inclusion of peperoncini from G.L. Mezzetta, which were subject to a separate recall for potential pest inclusion.

The affected products were distributed to WinCo Foods retail stores in Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.

No illnesses or complaints related to pests in the bean dip trays have been reported to date.

Risk:

WinCo Foods has not found evidence of pests in their products and has not received any complaints of illness or pests related to the bean dip trays to date. The recall is initiated out of an abundance of caution due to a supplier's recall of peperoncini.

Impacted states: AZ, CA, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA
