Company announcement

Fayus Inc., doing business as Yusol International Foods, is expanding its recall of OLA-OLA POUNDED YAM products due to the omission of an undeclared milk allergen (sodium caseinate) on the product label.

The recall affects product sizes 2lbs, 4lbs, 5lbs, and 10lbs with expiration dates between November 2028 through May 2029.

Products were distributed in California, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, and Texas, as well as Canada and Australia.

No illnesses or injuries have been reported in connection with this issue.

Risk:

People who have an allergy, or severe milk sensitivity to milk, run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.

Impacted states: CA, GA, IL, NJ, NY, TX
