IcyBreeze Cooling is recalling approximately 22,600 Buddy Portable Misting Fans due to a fire hazard.
The misting fan can overheat while charging and ignite.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled misting fan and dispose of it according to local and state regulations.
Consumers can obtain a $150 credit for use at one of the Solo Brands after submitting a form online with a photo showing the power cord has been cut.
The product was sold online at www.icybreeze.com and Amazon.com from November 2023 through August 2024 for about $150.
No injuries have been reported.

The misting fan can overheat while charging and ignite, posing a fire hazard.
