Total Nutrition Inc. of Deer Park, New York, is voluntarily expanding its recall of TNVitamins and Doctor’s Pride Ultra Potent Complete Green Superfood Moringa Capsules.

The recall, announced on June 02, 2026, is due to the potential for contamination with Salmonella bacteria.

The recalled products were distributed nationally through online platforms including Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Target, and the company's websites.

Customers who have purchased these products are urged to dispose of them immediately; they should not be eaten, sold, or served. No illnesses or deaths have been reported in connection with this expanded recall.

Risk:

Salmonella is an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy persons infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. In rare circumstances, infection with Salmonella can result in the organism getting into the bloodstream and producing more severe illnesses such as arterial infections (i.e., infected aneurysms), endocarditis and arthritis.
