Diamond Wipes International is recalling approximately 55,250 units of MD Wipe Outz Numbing Tattoo Wipes.

The product contains lidocaine and is not in child-resistant packaging, violating the Poison Prevention Packaging Act.

This poses a risk of serious injury or death from poisoning if the wipes are ingested by young children.

The wipes were sold online via Amazon.com and Shopify.com from September 2025 through June 2026.

No incidents or injuries have been reported.
