Company announcement

Nestlé USA is recalling a limited quantity of Lean Cuisine and STOUFFER’S frozen meals due to the potential presence of wood-like material.

The recalled products were distributed at major retailers throughout the United States between September 2024 and March 2025.

The recall is limited to specific batch codes of Lean Cuisine Butternut Squash Ravioli, Lean Cuisine Spinach Artichoke Ravioli, Lean Cuisine Lemon Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry, and STOUFFER’S Party Size Chicken Lasagna.

One potential choking incident has been reported.

Risk:

Consumers who have purchased these products should not prepare or consume the product and should return it to the retailer where it was purchased for a replacement or a full refund.

Impacted states: Nationwide
