GF Blends is recalling Truly AIP All Purpose Flour and Bread Mix, and EAT G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. Flat Bread Pizza Mix.
The recall is due to potential undeclared wheat gluten in products distributed nationwide.
The issue stems from Plantain Flour supplied by PMF Global, which was labeled as gluten-free but tested positive for gluten, exceeding FDA limits.
As of September 17, 2026, no adverse health effects have been reported.
Risk:
People who have celiac disease or a severe gluten intolerance run the risk of adverse health effects or allergic reactions if they consume these products.
