Grand Central Bakery of Seattle, Washington is recalling loaves of Potato Sourdough bread due to the potential presence of metal pieces.
The affected products were sold at grocery stores, select restaurants, wholesalers, and Grand Central Bakery Café locations within the Seattle and Tacoma Metro areas in Washington on August 10, 2026.
No injuries or illnesses have been reported in connection with this issue.
Risk:
The recall was initiated after a pallet nail was discovered in a loaf of Potato Sourdough Bread. Ingestion of foreign objects like metal pieces can pose a choking hazard or cause internal injuries.
