HABA USA is recalling Rainbow Rattle Grasping and Teething Toys because the glued knot on the elastic cord can become untied, allowing young children access to small wooden and plastic pieces.
This poses a risk of serious injury or death from choking and ingestion hazards.
The product was sold nationwide in specialty stores and online at Amazon.com, Target.com, Bellalunatoys.com, Habausa.com and Nordstrom.com from December 2025 through July 2026.
No injuries have been reported.
Risk:
The glued knot on the elastic cord can become untied on the recalled product, allowing young children access to the small wooden and plastic pieces, posing a risk of serious injury or death from choking and ingestion hazards.
