The walkers violate mandatory safety standards for infant walkers as they can fit through standard doorways and fail to stop at the edge of steps, posing a risk of serious injury or death from falls.
Approximately 70 units were sold online at Walmart.com in April 2026 for about $80.
No incidents or injuries have been reported.
Consumers should stop using the walkers immediately and contact Wonder Stone Toys for a full refund.
