Agrish Direct is recalling adult portable bed rails due to a violation of the mandatory safety standard.

The bed rails pose an entrapment hazard, leading to a risk of serious injury or death by asphyxiation.

About 5,000 units are affected and were sold on Amazon.com between April 2025 and October 2025.

There has been one report of a consumer fall involving an Agrish adult bed rail.

Risk:

When the bed rails are attached to a bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress, posing a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation.
