This recall involves three-wheeled child scooters with a foot brake due to a risk of the left front wheel detaching during use, posing a fall hazard.

The scooters were sold nationwide and online from September 2024 through July 2025.

There have been 18 reports of the wheel detaching, resulting in three injuries, including one broken arm and a lost tooth.
