PT Organics Limited is voluntarily recalling select Pumpkin Tree Peter Rabbit Organics Banana & Strawberry 4 oz. (113 g) pouches.

The recall, initiated on July 21, 2026, is due to an internal packaging defect that may result in the presence of a strand of soft, food-grade plastic in the finished product.

The recalled products were sold nationwide through Kroger, Meijer, and Target retail stores between March 6, 2026, and July 13, 2026.

No injuries have been reported in connection with this issue.
