BCI Foods, Inc. is recalling approximately 4,300 pounds of chicken noodle soup product.
The product was imported from Canada without the required U.S. import reinspection.
It was distributed to food banks and food pantry locations in Oklahoma.
No confirmed reports of illness or injury have been associated with this product.
Risk:
This is a health hazard situation where there is a reasonable probability that the use of the product will cause serious, adverse health consequences or death (Class I).
