The crib bumpers violate the federal ban on crib bumpers and pose a risk of obstructing an infant's breathing.
The product was sold at MacroBaby in Orlando, Florida, and online at Kalencombaby.com and Target.com from May 2024 through October 2025.
No injuries or deaths have been reported.
