The firm has received two reports of the D-ring handle detaching. No injuries have been reported.
The weight pockets were sold from November 2025 through February 2026.
Risk:
If the D-ring handle detaches during use, the user will not be able to remove the weight pocket in an emergency in order to rise to the surface, posing a risk of serious injury or death from a drowning hazard.
