Kawasaki Motors USA is recalling Model Year 2026 Teryx4 H2 and Teryx5 H2 recreational off-road vehicles.

The recall is due to a drive converter sheave that can break, leading to metal fragments being discharged.

These vehicles were sold nationwide through authorized Kawasaki dealers from June 2025 to January 2026.

Kawasaki has received 19 reports of incidents involving the drive converter sheave breakage, but no injuries have been reported.

Risk:

The drive converter sheave can break in certain circumstances, resulting in metal fragments being discharged within the engine compartment and surrounding area, posing impact and injury hazards.
