Total Nutrition Inc. is voluntarily recalling TNVitamins 100% Organic Moringa 1,200 mg Capsules and 100% Organic Moringa Powder.
The recall follows a supplier-initiated recall of the raw Organic Moringa ingredient due to possible Salmonella exposure.
The products were distributed nationally through online platforms including Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Target, as well as the company's website.
No illnesses have been reported to date as of June 26, 2026.
Risk:
Salmonella is an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy persons infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. In rare circumstances, infection with Salmonella can result in the organism getting into the bloodstream and producing more severe illnesses such as arterial infections (i.e., infected aneurysms), endocarditis, and arthritis.
