This recall involves OCUN NA Condor HMS Triple Carabiners due to a malfunctioning gate that may not close automatically, posing a fall hazard.
Approximately 295 units in the United States and 9 in Canada are affected.
The carabiners were sold from February 2025 through February 2026.
