Yetonamr Pull String Teething Toys are recalled due to violation of the mandatory standard for toys.

The silicone strings can reach the back of the throat and become lodged, posing a risk of respiratory distress, serious choking hazard, and death.

About 6,800 units were sold on Amazon.com from June 2025 through October 2025 for between $10 and $16.

CPSC is aware of 32 choking incidents. No deaths reported.
