On August 5, 2026, Sun Noodle of Honolulu, Hawaii, initiated a voluntary recall of 134 packages (15.4oz) of Sura Tanmen Hot and Sour Flavor Premium Japanese Noodles & Soup Base.

This recall is due to the potential presence of undeclared fish allergen in the product.

The affected products were distributed exclusively in Hawaii between July 9 and July 29, 2026.

No illnesses or allergic reactions have been reported in connection with this recall.

Consumers are advised not to consume the recalled product and to return it for a full refund.

Consumption of this product by individuals with a fish allergy or severe sensitivity could lead to a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction.
