4our Kiddies is recalling plastic tip restraint kits due to the risk of the plastic breaking or degrading over time, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards.

There have been 150 incidents reported where the plastic tip restraint kits broke, including three reported tip-over incidents.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled plastic tip restraints and contact 4our Kiddies for a free replacement kit made of stainless steel.
