Sempio Food Services Inc. is recalling approximately 4,596 pounds of ready-to-eat chicken stew products that were imported from the Republic of Korea without the benefit of U.S. import reinspection.
The affected products, produced on March 30, 2026, and with a best-by date of September 29, 2027, were distributed to Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
There have been no confirmed reports of illness or injury associated with the consumption of these products.
Risk:
This is a Class I recall, indicating a health hazard situation where there is a reasonable probability that the use of the product will cause serious, adverse health consequences or death.
Impacted states: FL, GA, IL, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA
