LMSI LLC/Kofinas Olive Oil is voluntarily recalling its Garlic Mediterranean Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil because it contains a garlic essential oil not approved for culinary use.
The flavored oil was bottled in glass bottles in 500 ml, 250 ml, and 100 ml sizes.
The recalled products were available for sale from August 31, 2025, to August 27, 2026, at specific store locations in Cincinnati, Ohio, and through online sales directly from www.kofinasoliveoil.com.
No reports of illnesses involving these products have been received as of August 29, 2026.
