Blue Ridge Beef is recalling 5,700 lbs of Natural Mix due to Salmonella contamination.
The product was distributed between January 3, 2025, and January 24, 2025.
The product is packaged in clear plastic and sold primarily in retail stores located in the States of Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Tennessee, and Rhode Island.
Risk:
Salmonella can affect animals eating the products, and there is a risk to humans from handling contaminated pet products, especially if they have not thoroughly washed their hands after having contact with the products or any surfaces exposed to these products.
Impacted states: VA, MD, PA, CT, MA, NY, TN, RI
