Zippee Activity Toys are being recalled because the spherical ends on the silicone strings can pose a choking hazard.

One incident was reported where a child gagged, vomited, and choked after placing the toy in their mouth; they were released from medical care with no further injuries.

The toys were sold at Amazon.com, PlayMobi.com, other online platforms, and specialty toy stores.
