Daikin Comfort Technologies Manufacturing, Inc. has recalled Amana Through the Wall (TTW) air conditioners and heat pumps.

The products were sold nationwide from April 2025 through June 2026, with an additional 126 units sold in Canada.

Two incidents of a component on the control board shorting have been reported. No injuries have been reported.

Risk:

The snubber circuit can emit flames if it shorts, posing a risk of serious injury due to fire hazard.
